Our system automates and monitors every customer mandate record 24/7. Status changes are actioned automatically so Direct Debit and Direct Credit operations run without manual intervention. There is no contact-based pricing.

Active Mandates

Continuous monitoring and automated management of mandate status — 5 credits at low volume down to 2 credits at 50,000+ (minimum 1,000 mandates billed).

New / Re-onboarding

Full BACS KYC: PAF address validation, CoP, email & mobile checks, plus letter generation — 35 credits down to 20 credits at volume.

Transactions are free

Collections and credits against active mandates cost 0 credits. You only pay for mandate management and compliance checks.
