Enterprise SLA

100% uptime on ePayment infrastructure, duplicated endpoints and 24/7 priority support. An active Enterprise SLA is required to access open banking and e-invoicing. BACS and cards remain available on standard terms.

£149 + VAT / month · £1,490 + VAT / year · 15-minute critical response

Open banking and e-invoicing sit on Enterprise SLA

Standard accounts can run BACS and cards. To initiate open banking payments or to issue and receive structured e-invoices, the account must have an active Enterprise SLA. Per-transaction rates on those schemes still apply on top of the SLA add-on.

Why Enterprise SLA

Absolute reliability for collections that cannot stop

Duplicated infrastructure and a contractual uptime credit if we fail to deliver on our side of the stack.

  • Open banking access

Required to initiate account-to-account collections. The SLA covers ePayment availability, not the payer’s bank app.

  • E-invoicing access

Required to issue and receive EN 16931 / Peppol invoices. The SLA covers our issue and receive path, not the buyer’s Access Point.

  • 100% uptime

Guaranteed availability of ePayment infrastructure, with service credits if monthly uptime falls short.

  • Duplicated infrastructure

Separate servers and endpoints, isolated from standard service traffic.

  • 24/7 priority support

Direct line to senior engineers with a 15-minute critical response target, every day of the year.

  • 30-day invoice terms

Usage billed in arrears. Better cash flow than large prepaid packs.

Infrastructure

Built for mission-critical collections

Isolation, redundancy and proactive operations for BACS, cards, open banking and e-invoices.

  • Separate endpoints

Traffic routes through endpoints isolated from standard service load. Dedicated IPs, priority routing, no shared contention.

  • Multi-region redundancy

UK primary and secondary datacentres with automatic health-based failover.

  • Proactive monitoring

One-minute health checks, performance monitoring and ops alerts before an issue reaches you.

Redundancy

Triple-layer protection

Primary path, automatic failover, then a backup DNS endpoint for the dual-failure case.

  1. Primary endpoint

Main API path with built-in automatic failover between UK datacentres.

  2. Automatic failover

If the primary path fails, traffic routes to the secondary path in sub-seconds.

  3. Backup DNS endpoint

Manual switchover details in onboarding docs, for the improbable dual-failure scenario. 24/7 support can walk the switch.

Service scope

The 100% uptime guarantee covers ePayment infrastructure — APIs, bureau processing, card gateway, open banking initiation and e-invoice issue/receive on our side. It does not cover the payer’s bank, Pay.UK, card schemes, or a buyer’s Peppol Access Point. Service credits, from 10% to 100% of the SLA subscription plus that month’s usage, are measured monthly and applied to the next invoice.

Who it is for

Who needs Enterprise SLA?

Anyone who needs open banking or e-invoicing, or who cannot run collections without a contracted uptime credit.

  • Open banking collectors

Account-to-account checkout and invoice pay-now flows. The SLA is the licence to turn that scheme on.

  • E-invoicing from 2029

VAT-registered businesses that will have to issue structured invoices. The SLA is required to use the ePayment e-invoice path.

  • Mission-critical BACS and cards

Memberships, payroll and regulated collections that already run on the bureau and want 100% uptime on our side as well.

  • Finance teams that bill in arrears

One invoice after the month, 30-day terms, rather than prepaid packs.

Talk to enterprise.

Open banking, e-invoicing, or a 100% uptime contract on the stack you already run.
